If you're like most Excel users, you probably have multiple workbooks open at the same time. And if you're like most Excel users, you probably find yourself constantly switching between those workbooks. Well, there's a shortcut that can make that switching a lot easier.
The shortcut is to use the Ctrl+Tab key combination. When you press Ctrl+Tab, Excel will display a list of all the open workbooks. You can then use the arrow keys to select the workbook you want to switch to, and press Enter to switch to that workbook.
If you want to switch to a specific workbook, you can press Ctrl+Tab multiple times. For each time you press Ctrl+Tab, Excel will move to the next workbook in the list. So if you press Ctrl+Tab three times, you'll move to the third workbook in the list.
You can also use the Ctrl+Shift+Tab key combination to move to the previous workbook in the list. So if you press Ctrl+Shift+Tab three times, you'll move to the first workbook in the list.
One final tip: if you want to quickly close all the open workbooks, you can press Ctrl+Shift+F4. This shortcut will close all the workbooks except for the one you're currently working in.
