19 Excel Shortcuts for Checking and Unchecking Cells

If you work with Excel on a regular basis, you know how frustrating it can be to constantly check and uncheck cells. To save yourself some time and aggravation, memorize a few of these shortcuts for checking and unchecking cells in Excel.

  1. To check a cell, press Ctrl + Spacebar. To uncheck a cell, press Ctrl + Shift + Spacebar.
