25 Cell Lock Shortcuts in Excel

Locking cells in Excel is a great way to protect important data in your worksheets. By default, all cells in Excel are locked. However, you can easily unlock cells that you want to edit by using the following shortcuts:

  1. To unlock all cells in a worksheet, press Ctrl + A.
  2. To unlock a specific cell, select the cell and press Ctrl + 1.
  3. To unlock a range of cells, select the cells and press Ctrl + Shift + F.
