How to Group in Excel

There are a few ways to group data in Excel. The most common way is to use the Group feature under the Data tab. To use the Group feature, select the data you want to group and then click on the Group button. Excel will group the data by the first column in the data range. If you want to group the data by a different column, select the data and then click on the Group button again. This will open the Group dialog box. In the Group dialog box, select the column you want to group by and then click on the Group button. Excel will group the data by the column you selected.
