To enter in a cell in Excel, you will need to use the keyboard to type in the information that you would like to appear in that cell. Once you have finished typing in the information, you will need to press the "Enter" key on your keyboard in order to have the information appear in the cell. If you would like to have the information in the cell to be bold, you can highlight the text that you have typed in and then press the "B" key on your keyboard. If you would like to have the information in the cell to be italicized, you can highlight the text that you have typed in and then press the "I" key on your keyboard.
