How to Edit a Drop down List in Excel

To edit a drop down list in Excel, you first need to select the cell or cells that contain the drop down list. Once the cells are selected, click on the "Data" tab in the toolbar at the top of the Excel window. Then, click on the "Data Validation" button in the "Data Tools" section of the "Data" tab. This will open the "Data Validation" window. In the "Settings" section of the "Data Validation" window, click on the "List" option. This will open the "List" window. In the "Source" field of the "List" window, enter the list of items that you want to appear in the drop down list. Click on the "OK" button to close the "List" window. Click on the "OK" button to close the "Data Validation" window.
