The Lowest Numbers in Excel

The lowest numbers in Excel are the numbers that appear at the bottom of a column of data when the data is sorted in ascending order. These numbers can be easily found by using the sort function in Excel. To find the lowest numbers in a column of data, follow these steps:

  1. Select the column of data that you want to sort.
  2. Click the Sort & Filter button on the Home tab.
  3. Click Sort A to Z.
  4. The lowest numbers in the column will now be at the bottom of the column.

You can also use the sort function to find the lowest numbers in a row of data. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Select the row of data that you want to sort.
  2. Click the Sort & Filter button on the Home tab.
  3. Click Sort Smallest to Largest.
  4. The lowest numbers in the row will now be at the left end of the row.
