Resize Graphics Outside of Excel

There are a few ways to resize graphics outside of Excel. One way is to use a free online tool like PicResize.com. Simply upload your image, choose your desired output size, and download the resized image. Another way is to use a photo editing program like Adobe Photoshop. Open your image in Photoshop, select "Image Size" from the "Image" menu, make your desired changes to the width and height fields, and click "OK". Your image will be resized accordingly.

If you don't have access to a photo editing program, you can try using Microsoft Paint. Open your image in Paint, select "Resize" from the "Image" menu, make your desired changes to the width and height fields, and click "OK". Your image will be resized accordingly.

There are also a few online tools that allow you to resize animated GIFs. One such tool is GIFResizer.com. Simply upload your GIF, choose your desired output size, and download the resized GIF.
