Printing without Opening in Excel

If you want to print an Excel document without opening it, you can use the Microsoft Office Button > Print > Print Preview command. This will open the Print dialog box, where you can select your printer and other printing options.

You can also use the Quick Access Toolbar to print your document without opening it. Simply click the down arrow next to the Quick Access Toolbar, then click More Commands. In the list of commands, select Print Preview. This will open the Print dialog box so you can select your printer and other printing options.

If you have a PDF reader installed on your computer, you can also print PDF files without opening them. To do this, open the PDF file in your PDF reader, then click File > Print. This will open the Print dialog box so you can select your printer and other printing options.
