Printing Multiple Pages On a Piece of Paper in Excel

Printing multiple pages on a piece of paper in Excel can be done in a few different ways. One way is to use the print area feature. To do this, first select the range of cells that you want to print. Then, go to File > Print Area > Set Print Area. This will set the selected range as the print area. Now, when you go to print, you'll be able to choose how many pages wide and tall you want the printout to be.

Another way to print multiple pages on a single piece of paper is to use the scale feature. To do this, go to File > Page Setup. In the Page Setup dialog box, go to the Scale tab. Here, you can enter a percentage that will scale down your entire worksheet so that it will fit on fewer pages.

You can also use the Fit To feature to specify how many pages wide and tall you want your worksheet printed out on. To do this, go to File > Page Setup. In the Page Setup dialog box, go to the Fit To tab. Here, you can enter how many pages wide and tall you want your worksheet printed out on.
