The Analysis ToolPak is an Excel add-in that provides data analysis tools for statistical and financial functions. It is usually installed by default, but if it is not, you can install it by following these steps:

1. Open Excel and click on the File tab.
2. Click on Options. This will open the Excel Options dialog box.
3. Click on Add-Ins. This will open the Add-Ins dialog box.

4. In the Manage drop-down list, select Excel Add-ins, and then click Go...

6. (If the Analysis ToolPak is not listed in the Add-Ins available box, click [Browse...], locate it in the list of available add-ins, and then select it.)

7. (Make sure that you select both check boxes in the dialog box.)

8. (Click OK to close both dialog boxes.)

Note:

To install the Analysis ToolPak or Analysis ToolPak - VBA from your Office CD or from Microsoft's website (Excel 2007)

6. Close all open programs.
7. Insert your Office CD into your CD drive, and then follow the instructions on your screen.
