There are a few different ways to insert rows in Excel. The first way is to use the insert function. To do this, highlight the row you want to insert the new row above and click on the Insert button on the Home tab. This will open a drop-down menu. Click on Insert Sheet Rows from the menu. This will insert a new row above the selected row.
Another way to insert rows is to right-click on the row number of the row you want to insert the new row above and click on Insert from the menu that appears. This will also insert a new row above the selected row.
You can also insert multiple rows at once by selecting multiple rows (by holding down the Shift key and clicking on multiple row numbers) and then clicking on either the Insert button or right-clicking and selecting Insert from the menu.
