Generating Unique Sequential Names in Excel

There are a few ways to generate unique sequential names in Excel. One way is to use the RANDBETWEEN function. This function will return a random number between two numbers that you specify. For example, if you wanted to generate a list of sequential names starting with "A" and ending with "Z", you would use the following formula:

=RANDBETWEEN("A", "Z")

You can also use the CHAR function to return a character based on its numeric value. For example, the following formula will return the character "A":

=CHAR(65)

To generate a list of sequential names using the CHAR function, you can use the following formula:

=CHAR(RANDBETWEEN(65, 90))
