The Set Print Area tool allows you to specify which cells on a worksheet will be printed. This is useful if you have a large worksheet and only want to print a specific area. To add the Set Print Area tool to Excel, follow these steps:

1. Open the workbook that you want to modify.
2. Click the File tab, and then click Options.
3. In the left pane, click Customize Ribbon.
4. Under Main Tabs, select the Developer check box.
5. Click OK.

The Developer tab is now visible in the Ribbon. To add the Set Print Area tool to a toolbar:

6. Click the Developer tab, and then click Macro Security.
7. In the Macro Settings section, select the Trust Access to the VBA project object model check box.
8. Click OK.

Note: If you are prompted with a message asking if you want to allow access to Visual Basic, click Yes.
