The Best Shortcut for Inserting a Row in Excel

If you're anything like me, you're always looking for ways to work faster in Excel. One of the things that can take up a lot of time is inserting rows. If you have a large spreadsheet, it can take a while to insert a row at the top or bottom of the sheet. Luckily, there's a shortcut that can help you insert rows quickly and easily.   2. Next, press the Alt key on your keyboard, and then press the I key. This will insert a new row above the one you selected.
  3. You can also insert multiple rows at once by selecting multiple rows before pressing the Alt + I keys. For example, if you want to insert three rows, you would select three rows and then press the Alt + I keys. The new rows will be inserted above the ones you selected.
