2. To insert a row below the active cell, press Ctrl+Shift+. The row will be inserted below the cell you have selected.

3. To insert multiple rows above or below the active cell, select the number of rows you want to insert using the arrow keys, then press Ctrl+Shift+ (for above) or Ctrl+Shift+ (for below).

4. To quickly insert a row at the top of your worksheet, press Ctrl+Home, then press Shift+Spacebar, then press Ctrl+Shift+. The row will be inserted at the top of the worksheet, above the first row of data.

5. To quickly insert a row at the bottom of your worksheet, press Ctrl+End, then press Shift+Spacebar, then press Ctrl+Shift+. The row will be inserted at the bottom of the worksheet, below the last row of data.

6. To insert a row above every other row in your worksheet, first select the rows you want to insert the new row above, then press Ctrl+Shift+. The row will be inserted above the first selected row.

7. To insert a row below every other row in your worksheet, first select the rows you want to insert the new row below, then press Ctrl+Shift+. The row will be inserted below the last selected row.

8. To insert a row between two existing rows of data, first select the row below where you want the new row to be inserted, then press Ctrl+Shift+. The row will be inserted above the selected row.
