If you're like most people, you probably use Microsoft Excel on a daily basis. And if you're like most people, you probably find yourself doing the same tasks over and over again. One of the most common tasks in Excel is inserting rows. And while it's not a difficult task, it can be time-consuming if you have to do it multiple times. But what if I told you there was a way to insert rows in Excel with just a few clicks of your mouse?

With the insert rows shortcut, you can quickly and easily insert rows into your Excel spreadsheet. And best of all, it's a time-saving shortcut that will save you precious minutes (or even hours) in the long run. Here's how it works.

First, select the cell where you want to insert the new row. Then, press the Alt + Shift + I keys on your keyboard. This shortcut will insert a new row above the selected cell. And that's it!

If you want to insert multiple rows, simply select the number of rows you want to insert. For example, if you want to insert 3 rows, select 3 cells. Then, press the Alt + Shift + I keys on your keyboard. This shortcut will insert 3 new rows above the selected cells.

You can also use this shortcut to insert rows below the selected cell. To do this, press the Alt + Shift + I keys on your keyboard, then press the Enter key. This shortcut will insert a new row below the selected cell.

And that's all there is to it! With this simple shortcut, you can quickly and easily insert rows into your Excel spreadsheet. So next time you're working in Excel and find yourself needing to insert rows, save yourself some time and use this shortcut. Your future self will thank you!
