If you're like most people, you probably use the Find and Replace feature in Microsoft Excel pretty frequently. And if you're like most people, you're probably also using the shortcut keys to do so. But did you know that there's an even faster way to Find and Replace in Excel?
The shortcut keys for Find and Replace are Ctrl+F, and then Ctrl+H. But if you want to do a Find and Replace even faster, you can use the shortcut keys Ctrl+Shift+F, and then Ctrl+Shift+H.
With the Ctrl+Shift+F shortcut, you can bring up the Find and Replace dialog box without having to go to the Home tab or the Editing group. And with the Ctrl+Shift+H shortcut, you can replace all occurrences of the found text without having to go to the Replace tab. That's two shortcuts that can save you a lot of time!
So next time you need to do a Find and Replace in Excel, try out the Ctrl+Shift+F and Ctrl+Shift+H shortcuts. You'll be glad you did!
