If you're like most people, you probably don't use the all caps shortcut in Excel very often. But when you need to, it can be a lifesaver. Here's how to use it.
First, select the cells that you want to convert to all caps. Then, press Ctrl+Shift+A on your keyboard. That's it!
If you want to convert only a portion of the text in a cell to all caps, you can use the Format Cells dialog box. To do this, select the cells that you want to format, then click Format > Cells. In the Format Cells dialog box, select the Text tab, then check the All caps box.
You can also use the all caps shortcut to convert text to lowercase or title case. To do this, select the cells that you want to convert, then press Ctrl+Shift+A. In the Change Case dialog box, select the Lowercase or Title Case option, then click OK.
